Rasika Viswanath (Carnatic Vocal):

Kalyani and Saveri raga and song was rendered very well. Excellent support by accompanists. Overall, a pleasing concert.

Rasika has a very calm and unhurried way of singing which I liked. Madhuvanthi was especially refreshing. – Chitra Poornima Satish

Good bhava in rendering of Sri Rangapura and neraval, “Akila Bhuvana”. She was well supported by all the accompanists. –Mrs. Meenakshi Raman.

Rajaraman Iyer (Carnatic Vocal)

The Varamu piece was refreshing to hear and Kalyani, although featured in the festival several times was rendered with ease. The thani avarthanam was crisp and well-planned. Overall, a great debut concert for Rajaraman at SIFAS.
