Arabhi was beautifully rendered with his effortless voice scaling all octaves with ease. Thyagaraja’s Shambo Mahadeva was blissful. Shri Ganesh Kumar’s accompaniment on the violin was “music to the soul.” The percussionists gave excellent support to his singing. -Kavitha Jayaraman

Mukhari sung in niraval was very good, it is rare to find such ragas sung in niravals. Johnpuri bhajan was very good, and on the whole it was a good performance,with the accompanying artistes doing a good job. -Sunil
